Slice of Life KDramas set in the Countryside Every once in a while we feel stressed about our city lives and dream about a calm and peaceful place.  The dramas and movies on this list are set in the countryside and the narratives are unhurried, slow paced and heartwarming.  They're all feel good dramas with slice-of-life plots and relatable characters.  Lets check 5 of them that are my personal favourites! 1. When the Camellia Blooms (2019) Synopsis: Dongbaek, an orphan who grew up to become a single mom, meets and falls in love with Yongsik, a do-gooder police officer in their small town. My thoughts: When the Camellia Blooms has an unique theme of romance and thriller with a strong female character. The best part about this drama is Yongsik's character played by Kang ha-neul. It is such a refreshing treat. We usually see kdrama male leads that are rich cool guys or they have some sort of mysterious past whereas Yong-sik is just a simple minded cop.  U...
