Lets talk about the outfits, food and cinematography that this new Kdrama includes

Outfits worn in record of youth:

1. All the outfits in the show are quite simple yet they look classy in a way.

For the 1st outfit you can try a black hoodie with black jeans and a grey blazer

For the 2nd outfit white plain tshirt, pair it with white jeans and overcoat which has a hoodie cap attached to it

2. Park So Dams outfits are one of the best for casual outings.

Pair a pink striped shirt with blue jeans and complete the look with a bright pink cardigan.

3. Shin Ae Ra's outfits in the kdrama are something that would be suitable for parties or get togethers.

Her glitter top which she paired with long skirt is something that you can wear when you want to stand out and yet not look over the top. Another way to wear a that top would be with a short skirt

4. Park Bo Gum and his scarf.

Park Bo Gum wears a white t-shirt with a yellow faux jacket with blue jeans and adds a silk scarf as an accessory.

5. Byeon Woo Seok in casual.

Her outfits look quite high brand given shes the only daughter in a rich family.

Shin dong mi is also a character who's outfits you don't want to miss. Pant suits paired with a scarf.

Park so dam wears a high waited white wide leg pants with white tee shirt and beige overcoat.

Beige pants with white t-shirt and blue blazer jacket for when you want to choose a semi formal outfit.

We saw Byeon Woo Seok sport a pink hoodie with black joggers here we see Park Bo Gum pairing it with white jeans.

Well its its not technically a sweater it a woollen top paired with wide legs white pants and a purple head band is used as an accessory.

Cinematography in record of youth

Cinematography is one of the most important parts of a movie or show. It makes the viewers awe struck by the good camera work

Look at the scene below. In this scene Park Bo Gum is feeling a bit sad.

In the scene we see a divide in lights.

It shows us a divide between the privileged and unprivileged people.

All kdramas always capture the Seoul tower.

These kdramas showing us such amazing places makes us want to visit Korea.

Many even do visit Korea. It increases their tourism revenue. Theres even an official site for Hallyu tour in Seoul.

This is the scene where Hye Jun (Park Bo Gum) confesses his feelings for Jeong Ha (Park So Dam)

We see the two mothers talking in an extremely scenic place.

The way we see the rain drops stop for a second for us to take in this beautiful scene is amazing and reminds me of The King Eternal Monarch where the time stops and we see Lee Min ho in between droplets.

Its not just the natural beauty but places like the library also are eye catching. Even if you're not a reader you'll probably go to this library just to sit and pass time.

In this scene below we see the two dancing in the rain and being happy just the two of them. Does it give you a La La Land vibe?

Food in Record of Youth

The food of South Korea is something all of us (who aren't from there) want to try atleast once in our Life.

Kdramas make sure to include delicious looking dishes that make our mouth water.

In Record of Youth we see that there is a difference in the dishes that are eaten by the two families of the main leads.

Where we see that Hye Jun's Family has more of traditional Korean Dishes like Gimbap or Tteokbokki.

Hye Ho's family is seen eating more Western dishes like Salads or Pancakes.

The difference is the growing up and privilege. Most of us from Asian countries see ourselves as well as others around us shift towards Western Culture including food, drinks, clothes, music, cinema and more.
